Does Neoparin cause bleeding?

Hello, 16 days ago I fell off the ladder and broke my leg, numerous bibs and bruises (at that time I had tribes with a 7-day break with contraceptive pills). I am after leg surgery, from these 16 days I take neoparin injections all the time .2 days ago I got bleeding from the genital tract( 12th day of taking pills), is it normal? How long can it last?
