Should I give a 10-year-old Hitaxa 5 mg if the drug is indicated for children over 12 years of age?

Daughter of 10 years. The doctor prescribed Hitax in 5mg tablets. The daughter has pimples on her face, sometimes they will spend it. My question is this: in the leaflet it says not to use in children under 12 years of age. So I don't know how to behave? Maybe the doctor made a mistake and meant hitax 2.5mg for children up to 11 years of age? What to do?

U dzieci ważących powyżej 30 kg można stosować dawkę leku Hitaxa jak u młodzieży powyżej 12. roku życia, czyli 5 mg. Często celem dobrania skutecznej dawki leku dla dziecka, lekarz kieruje się wagą, nie wiekiem.

Oczywiście, w innych przypadkach - jeśli jest to zasadne i bezpieczne dla pacjenta - lekarz również może dobrać inną dawkę niż zalecona w ulotce, jeżeli może ona być bardziej mocna. Jest to tzw. leczenie poza wskazaniami "off-label":
