What is the reason why after 2 months of taking Elicea I feel worse?

good day I suffer from anxiety neurosis with panic attacks which may be the reason that I take the drug elicea already 2 months and it was ok and now from 2 weeks I have again attacks of neurosis and feeling as if I had to go crazy as if something would happen ... I take the drug in a dose of 10 mg ... Best regards
