Przyjmowanie preparatów zawierających potas przez pacjentów kardiologicznych musi być bezwzględnie uzgodnione z lekarzem, bowiem zażywanie beta-adrenolityków, do których należy związek czynny leku Bisocard - bisoprolol wiąże się z podwyższeniem poziomu potasu we krwi (hiperkaliemii), dlatego bez wyraźnych zaleceń, przyjmowanie potasu może nie być wskazane.
