Podczas łączenia leków Lorista HD i Milurit może dochodzić do osłabienia działania Miluritu. Takie połączenie zwiększa ryzyko pojawienia się działań niepożądanych leku Milurit np. wysypka, świąd, zaczerwienienie skóry, nieprawidłowy wynik testów czynności wątroby, podwyższenie stężenia hormonu tyreotropowego (TSH) itd.
