Can fluoxetine cause weight gain?
Hello! I have been taking fluoxetin for two years, I have a very similar diet all the time and yet during this time I gained as much as 15kg. Could the pills have contributed to this?

If fluoxetin is taken for a long time, it may cause weight gain. I know from autopsy. I do not eat sweets, I have a diet due to the state of health. Until I took fluoxetin, my weight remained at the same level. After fluoxetin I gained weight. So maybe not in all people it causes weight loss.

Fluoxetine even causes weight loss. In higher doses, it is used in bulimia. I do not know where Mrs. M.Sc. sucked this nonsense
