What is the validity after opening the Morphini Sulfas WZF injection ampoule?
Good morning, Can I store half of the contents of the Morphini Sulfas WZF 10mg/ml ampoule unused by injection in a closed syringe in the refrigerator or in another medical accessory that is adapted for this (if it is what is it called?) ? I don't want to waste half an ampoule (5mg of morphine) every time. Best regards.

For @Fiery: If the solution has been prepared at home, the unused dose of the drug should be disposed of. According to the manufacturer: "From a microbiological point of view, the diluted product should be used immediately. If it is not used immediately, the conditions and duration of storage are the responsibility of the user. If necessary, the reconstituted solution may be stored for a maximum of 24 hours at 25 °C, provided that the dilution is prepared under controlled and validated aseptic conditions. Any solution not used within 24 hours should be discarded."
Can I take unused medicine from the ampoule into a syringe and into the refrigerator? The syringe would be used for up to 24 hours.

Niestety według charakterystyki produktu leczniczego po otwarciu ampułki lek należy podać natychmiast. Resztę leku należy oddać do utylizacji.
