Should the COOPER T 380A be replaced after 5 years?

I have a COOPER T 380A insert on. In September, 5 years have passed since its establishment, has the insert already lost its properties? In many sources, information is given that the period of operation reaches 10 years. I am 49 years old and I wonder whether to leave the insert or replace it with a new one?
