Stosowanie antybiotyku Ospen nie wyklucza możliwości zażywania Flegaminy, ponieważ nie ma informacji, aby oba leki wchodziły w interakcję (niekorzystnie zmieniały swoje działanie).
Natomiast o zasadności dołączenia Flegaminy powinny zdecydować objawy. Ambroksolu chlorowodorek, który jest składnikiem aktywnym leku Flegamina działa działa wykrztuśnie i mukolitycznie (rozrzedza śluz). Lek będzie więc pomocny w przypadku trudności z odkrztuszaniem zalegającej w drogach oddechowych wydzieliny.
