Can I take Telfexo instead of Dasselt?

I take the antibiotic levox - the doctor also prescribed a desselt but is not in the pharmacy. Can I instead take Telfexo - allergic sinusitis and ear inflammation.

Lek Telfexo (feksofenadyna) nie jest odpowiednikiem preparatu Dasselta (desloratadyna) i nie powinien być stosowany zamiennie bez porozumienia z lekarzem.

Preparat Dasselta po 30 tabletek posiada na stanie około 30% aptek zintegrowanych z GdziePoLek:

Preparat ma również dobrze dostępne zamienniki (np. Aerius, Delortan, Deslodyna, Jovesto):
