Can I use a preparation with sildenafil (eg Maxigra go) with Atenolol?

Good morning, when taking the hypertension drug atenolol 25mg (2xdaily for 1 tablet) can you use DoopelSil or maxigra it (they contain the same substance sildenafilum)? I take Atenolol for many years and the pressure is ok. Without the drug I had a pressure of 140-150/90 and with the drug is normal about 130/80.

Łączne zastosowanie leku Atenolol oraz preparatów z sildenafilem może zwiększać ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych związanych z nadmiernym obniżeniem ciśnienia. Mogą wystąpić np. zawroty głowy. Ze względu na to, że lek Atenolol może być również stosowany w m.in. dławicy piersiowej, zaleca się konsultację z lekarzem, który oceni stan układu krążenia i czy serce jest zdolne do zwiększonego wysiłku podczas stosunków seksualnych:
