Is such a treatment enough to cure a torn epidermis?

Good morning, I do not know how it happened but on my leg I have a torn epidermis for 3 days (gently torn off the upper part of the skin), you can not see a trace of blood but it is reddened around It is not a wide wound, about 2 cm. I lubricate tribiotic and spray with acetatsept or is such a treatment enough for full healing?
