Hello, I have a contraceptive implant and yesterday I hit the corner of the wall near the implant site, today I got a bruise, could it have damaged the contraceptive implant? I'm attaching a photo, in fact this bruise is darker

Does Septinum silver affect the contraceptive implant? Do the silver colloid, Iceland moss, sage and eucalyptus oil they contain weaken its effect?
Composition: 1 lozenge Septinum Silver contains: dry Iceland moss extract (DER 4:1), thick sage extract (DER 2.5-3.5:1). silver colloid, sage oil, eucalyptus oil.
