If I have velaxin 37.5 and I have to switch to a dose of 75, can I take two 37.5 tablets to finish the package instead of buying 75 at once?

To @Ester: If your doctor has advised you to take 75 mg per day, you will need to take two tablets of Velaxin ER 37.5 mg.
And can it use only once a day 37.5 ?

Tak, dokładnie może Pani tak postąpić. Proszę wykorzystać do końca opakowanie w dawce 37,5 mg biorąc po 2 tabletki a następnie dokonać zakupu leku w dawce 75 mg.
