Blood in the stool could it be hemorrhoids?

Hi I have a question while doing stool I noticed blood such a narrow strip of blood throughout the stool is fresh blood, the same on toilet paper recently I had so a week later there was a break with two weeks now again came back I had tests for latent blood all ok. When passing stool I feel as if something rubs against it I have a feeling sometimes I also feel it when walking or are they hemorrhoids????
