Choć nie ma bezwzględnych przeciwwskazań do łączenia tych leków, należy mieć na uwadze, iż mogą one wzajemnie osłabiać swoje działanie.
Fostex może osłabiać przeciwnadciśnieniowe działanie bisoprololu.
Bisoprolol może zmniejszać skuteczność Fostexu.
Dlatego stosując takie połączenie należy obserwować reakcję organizmu, a w razie gdyby efekty terapii były niewystarczające - skonsultować się z lekarzem celem modyfikacji sposobu dawkowania.
