Can Tegretol syrup be diluted with warm milk?

My 3 year old daughter has epilepsy, takes tegretol syrup. Sometimes it's hard for me to give it directly to the syringe. The drug helps a lot and I would like to give the right dose so that it does not spit out. My question is? Can I dilute it with some drink, eg milk and can I with warm?

Producent zawiesiny Tegretol nie podaje informacji dotyczącej możliwości łączenia syropu z innymi płynami lub jego rozcieńczania, dlatego zakładam, że nie należy tego robić. Z założenia leków nie wolno mieszać z ciepłymi płynami - powinny one mieć temperaturę pokojową.

Lek można podawać małymi porcjami podczas posiłku, np. w trakcie jedzenia kanapki.
