Desmoxan nie zawiera cytryny. Lek ten zawiera cytyzynę jako substancję czynną. Wszelkie schorzenia kardiologiczne powodują, że przed przyjęciem leku Desmoxan należy najpierw skonsultować się z lekarzem prowadzącym.
