Is the composition of the drug Cyclo-Progynova and Divina the same?

Skład leków Cyclo-Progynova i Divina nie jest taki sam - preparaty są w pewnym zakresie podobne (dwuskładnikowe, dwufazowe, do przyjmowania w cyklu 21+7), różnią się jednak komponentą progestagenową. Z farmaceutycznego punktu widzenia nie są więc odpowiednikami. Oba leki stosowane są w hormonalnej terapii zastępczej.

Każdy blister leku Cyclo-Progynova zawiera 11 tabletek białych i 10 tabletek jasnobrązowych. Każda biała tabletka powlekana zawiera 2 mg estradiolu walerianianu. Każda jasnobrązowa tabletka powlekana zawiera 2 mg estradiolu walerianianu i 0,5 mg norgestrelu. Przyjmuje się 1 białą tabletkę na dobę przez pierwszych 11 dni, a następnie 1 jasnobrązową tabletkę na dobę przez kolejnych 10 dni. Po 21-dniowym cyklu przyjmowania tabletek należy zrobić 7-dniową przerwę.

Jedna biała tabletka Divina 2 mg estradiolu walerianianu, a jedna niebieska tabletka zawiera 2 mg estradiolu walerianianu i 10 mg medroksyprogesteronu octanu. Blister zawiera 21 tabletek (11 białych + 10 niebieskich). Lek Divina należy przyjmować w cyklach 21-dniowych bez przerwy w przyjmowaniu tabletek, po których następuje 7 dni przerwy w przyjmowaniu tabletek.
