Can a change in the hormonal agent cause spotting?

Good morning. A month ago, the gynecologist changed my hormonal pills from Vines to Drovelis due to an ovarian cyst. I am just on the last week of the first blister of new tablets - however, before the "placebo" tablets and for 2 days I have spotting / mid-cycle bleeding. I have been taking hormonal contraception for 8 years and I have rarely had such situations. Could a change in the hormonal agent have caused them? Is it necessary to go to a gynecologist? The new preparation was prescribed to me for 3 months. Please advise, greet :)

Po zmianie tabletek antykoncepcyjnych organizm od nowa musi przystosowywać się do aktualnie przyjmowanego leku, niezależnie od tego, że stosuje Pani antykoncepcję od 8 lat - dla organizmu to nowe hormony. Kwestię plamień w pierwszych miesiącach adaptacji organizmu do leku, wyjaśniałam tutaj:
