What should I do if my doctor has determined that this is the last stage of MS?

Good morning, I have been suffering from MS for 21 years, I am in the drug program, currently I take Tetifidera, but for eight months I feel worse and worse every day, I regularly exercise, I try to eat healthy. I am heartbroken, I am taking the drug for depression VALDOXAN, the doctor said that this is the last stage of MS, and there is no cure for it. I don't know what to do, please help. Regards Elżbieta
