Nie, Berodual nie jest lekiem na katar i kaszel. Jest to lek rozszerzający oskrzela, który może ułatwiać docieranie do dróg oddechowych innych leków, np. na kaszel, zatem stosowany jest bardziej wspomagająco w leczeniu kaszlu.
