How to take Unasyn and Amoksiklav?

Hello today the doctor prescribed 2 antibiotics that I have to take, but I did not ask the doctor if unasyn 375 and amoksilav 500 +125 can I zaywac at the same time? Is it better to take a 6 hour break between antibiotics
