Can my GP prescribe Me Bellergot and how much can I take?

Good morning, the psychiatrist wrote me 3 packs of Bellergot for frayed nerves, I take 2 tablets in the evening ( during the day it puts me to sleep) and I see that the drug works, calms me down. My question is: can the GP also prescribe this medicine (I can't afford another private visit to a psychiatrist) and how long can I take it? I noticed that skipping a dose of the drug resulted in a high excitability the next day... I currently have a difficult, stressful life situation, so I have to help myself calm down with some specifics. If you can not take the drug for several months or there is a problem with writing a prescription, is there a replacement available without a prescription?? I will add that I am in premenopausal age and suffer from migraines, so this drug fit in well.

Bellergot to lek do stosowania doraźnego i w terapii krótkotrwałej. "Doraźnie" oznacza, że lek należy przyjmować tylko w razie konieczności, kiedy występują uciążliwe dolegliwości, a nie codziennie i regularnie. Nie jest sprecyzowane, jak długo można stosować lek - powinien to określić lekarz, uwzględniając, że lek nie jest przeznaczony do terapii długotrwałej.

Lekarz rodzinny może Pani przepisać lek Bellergot, ale nie oznacza to, że musi tak postąpić wyłącznie na Pani żądanie czy też na podstawie Pani preferencji. Lek nie ma zamiennika dostępnego bez recepty.
