With inhalations from Pulmicort, Supremin can be administered - there are no interactions between drugs that would exclude their simultaneous intake. It should be borne in mind, however, that Supremin inhibits the cough reflex, the child will not be able to remove residual secretions and then the infection may exacerbate and take on the character of a bacterial infection. Therefore, if it is not strictly necessary - in such situations, the use of cough-suppressing syrups should be avoided. Inhalations from saline solution or moisturizing preparations such as Nebu-Dose or moisturizing sprays, m.in e.g. with Icelandic lichen, e.g. Fiorda spray, Icelandic syrup, may be helpful.
