Według informacji zawartej w Charakterystyce Produktu Leczniczego czopki Postersian H stosuje się 2 razy na dobę (1 czopek rano i 1 czopek wieczorem), chyba że lekarz zaleci inne dawkowanie. Leczenie czopkami powinno być kontynuowane do czasu ustąpienia objawów i nie powinno trwać dłużej niż 10 dni bez przerwy.
