Preparat do stosowania zewnętrznego oznacza, że nie można stosować leku ogólnoustrojowo (np. doustnie, domięśniowo itp.). Stosowanie na otwartą ranę, nadal pozostaje zastosowaniem zewnętrznym.

Borasol można stosować na rany. Zalecenia lekarskie o których Pan pisze są częstą praktyką w leczeniu ran.
