If today - on the second day of menstruation - I bleed, does it mean that the contraceptive drug does not work?
URGENT- Good morning! I started using the first contraceptive pills in my life. These are Zoely tablets. I accepted them according to the instructions yesterday - the first day of the period. Tablets act instantly. Today (after taking the second tablet) I had intercourse without other protection than tablets, because according to the instructions there is no need to use additional protection. I'm just wondering if the bleeding that started yesterday shouldn't stop after taking the pills (today and yesterday)? If today - on the second day of menstruation I bleed, does it mean that the drug does not work? Thank you in advance for your answer:)

Nie, krwawienie miesiączkowe nie musi ustać po przyjęciu tabletek antykoncepcyjnych. Nie jest to absolutnie żaden wyznacznik tego, że lek działa. Takie informacje nie są prawdziwe.
