Nie za bardzo rozumiem treść Pani wpisu - czy kieruje do nas Pani pytanie, czy wymienić wkładkę na nową? W tym wypadku jest to Pani indywidualna decyzja, czy i jak chce się Pani dalej zabezpieczać. Powinna Pani to rozważyć sama lub w porozumieniu ze swoim partnerem, gdyż osoby postronne nie doradzą Pani w kwestii chęci stosowania antykoncepcji.
