Are unprotected intercourse a day, two or three days before starting to take the antibiotic Klacid secured?

Good morning, I have been using the NuvaRing disc for several years. Is unprotected intercourse a day/2 or three before starting to take the antibiotic Klacid protected? I know that the additional protection should be applied throughout the period of taking it and the week after, but I am worried about the relations two days and three days earlier. Is it possible to get pregnant?
