Is there a possibility of pregnancy if I took birth control pills 7 days after the end of antibiotic therapy and took a 4-day break during which I had intercourse?

Hello, recently I took an antibiotic after finishing taking it, I took contraceptive pills for 7 days. During this time, there was no intercourse. However, on the 8th day I had the so-called break 4 and I took placebo pills and then there was intercourse. Is there a probability of pregnancy? (Withdrawal bleeding occurred normally) but on the next package I have a terrible nausea. I took all the pills I did not miss any. No vomiting or diarrhoea
