To zależy na co. Ranigast i Helicid to różne leki o różnym mechanizmie działania i stosowane w różnych chorobach. Nie da się ich jednoznacznie porównać.
Należy także pamiętać, że Ranigast został wycofany z rynku w 2019 roku, więc automatycznie należy go wykluczyć z terapii:
