Leku Pralex nie należy stosować łącznie z preparatami zawierającymi tryptofan (np. Sedarel), gdyż zwiększa to ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych, a zwłaszcza zespołu serotoninowego oraz nasilenia siły działania leku.
Ziołowe leki uspokajające, np. melisa również mogą nasilać działanie leku Pralex, w związku z czym napar należy spożywać w ograniczonych ilościach.
