What symptoms are white raids on almonds?

Hello, every month I had purulent angina, the doctor recommended me broncho-vaxom for 30 days without interruption due to lack of immunity. After 17 days, white raids appeared on the almonds without additional symptoms. The doctor advised me to gargle and refrain from the antibiotic because the antibiotic will completely destroy the broncho-vaxom treatment. Is this true?
