Can bleeding be the result of missing a tablet?

I take Belar's birth control pills and 2 weeks ago I had bleeding while taking pills because I did not take a week break but I started another package and bleeding a day later I had a slight spotting, but from 2 days back bloody first there was bleeding l, then spotting and again bleeding and it's not so big and abdominal pain. Let me remind you that I forgot to take in that week pills but I took two yesterday only worries me about the bleeding why this is happening or do I have to sign up for a gynecologist or maybe it is because I forgot the tablets and everything will normalize?
