Jestem pod opieką hematologów w WIM Warszawa. Niestety,nie jest to nowotwór krwi jak Pani pisze.
Jest to zmiana nowotworowa szpiku z przeżyciem od 5 do 20 lat.

Wśród dostępnych danych nie znajduję informacji, aby dabigatran powodował uszkodzenie szpiku, w tym zwłóknienie.
Jak dotąd poznaną przyczyną mielofibrozy jest choroba nowotworowa krwi - w tej kwestii należy skonsultować się z hematologiem, który jest specjalistą w dziedzinie tego typu schorzeń.
Mimo wszystko, warto zgłosić takie działanie niepożądane leku, być może skłoni to producenta do przeprowadzenia takich badań.
