Choć nie ma bezwzględnych przeciwwskazań do łączenia leków Miflonide i Zafiron z preparatem Aclexa - należy mieć na uwadze, iż astma stanowi przeciwwskazanie do przyjmowania leku Aclexa.
Związane jest to z faktem, iż przyjmowanie leku Aclexa może powodować kaszel, duszność, a w rzadkich przypadkach także skurcz oskrzeli.
