To @Krystian: Do not combine this medicine with alcohol. You should wait min. 1 day after the last dose of alcohol.

Aby ustalić poprawność dawkowania preparatów konieczna jest znajomość rozpoznania, wywiad lekarski z uwzględnieniem chorób towarzyszących, wieku itd.
Nie znam powodu oraz Pańskiego wywiadu aby móc ocenić czy wymienione dawkowanie jest odpowiednie.
