Do Icelandic syrup and flax affect the effectiveness of Micorgynon?

Good morning, I use microgynon 21 tablets, can I drink Icelandic lichen syrup for cough? Does it affect effectiveness? And the question about flaxseed in bread, does it affect the effectiveness of contraception?

Też nie wpływa, jego znikoma ilość nie zmniejszy ochrony przed ciążą. Można spokojnie jeść pieczywo z siemieniem.
