What should I do if I have inhaled a child with the wrong portion of Nebbud?

Good morning, I have a question about a prescription that was misread for a 2.5 year old child. It was prescribed nebbud 0.25/1ml 1 ampoule plus 12 drops of berodual. However, the prescription was misread and the child got field ampuls of nebbud plus 12 drops into the nebulizer. 3 times it was so inhalation. Can I now give him norman the whole ampulk plus 12 drops of berodual i.e. it should be? Is it Any gradual transition? And the same with getting off the drug? Do you just stop administering after 6 days or reduce the dose at some point? Thank you very much for your reply.
