How to dose Neoparine and Acard in pregnancy in a patient with thrombophilia?
Good morning I'm pregnant at 8 weeks I have mutations in the thrombophilia gene below will send a test. I take neoparin 0.4 every day and acard for nothing 150 . Isn't the dose too small? Whether neoparin is taken from body weight or from a doctor's recommendation . Thank you for your reply

Jeśli lekarz prowadzący ciąże zalecił dawkę 0,4 - należy postępować zgodnie z zaleceniami specjalisty. W razie dalszych wątpliwości należy konsultować się ze swoim lekarzem.
Bo się martwię czy to nie za mała dawka ...moja znajoma majac trombofilie bierze 0.8 neoparin... od czego to zależy? Czy w mojej sytuacji jest się czym martwić jestem w 9 tygodniu ciazy

Proszę przyjmować Neoparin oraz Acard zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza.
Acard w dawce 150 mg jest bezpieczna i ma właściwe działanie profilaktyczne.
To samo dotyczy Neoparine - w przypadku kobiet w ciąży, u których zdiagnozowano Trombofilie -podajemy dawkę 0,4 *1 s.c
