W Charakterystykach Produktów Leczniczych Elocom płyn i Hydrocortisonum krem nie ma informacji, aby po odstawieniu leków w długotrwałej terapii występowały: depresja, stany maniakalne czy psychoza.
Należy mieć jednak świadomość, że działania niepożądane leków mogą być bardzo różne i nie wszystkie dotychczas zgłoszono.
