How to proceed in the occurrence of shortness of breath, palpitations in hypertensive patients?

Hi for half a year I have been taking a drug to relieve pressure initially ramipril 2.5 mg per night now 5 mg for the night my pressure is 108/90 pulse 93, after that I get tired quickly, I feel a fast heartbeat, heart palpitations. I had an ECG of my heart in the norm. What can be the cause of these ailments.

Proszę wykonywać pomiary ciśnienia codziennie rano i wieczorem przez 5 dni.
Warto wykonać badanie Holter ekg, aby ocenić dobowy zapis rytmu serca, pod kątem ewentualnych arytmii, zaburzeń rytmu serca, a w kolejnym etapie konsultacja kardiologiczna z badaniem ECHO serca. Istotne jest także dokładne badanie przedmiotowe pod kątem obecności obrzęków obwodowych (kostek) które świadczyłyby o niewydolności serca. Nie można zapomnieć także o czynnikach środowiskowych- jaki styl życia Pani prowadzi, czy jest nadwaga/otyłość, czy są inne choroby towarzyszące, na które przyjmuje Pani leki na stałe.
