Nie, nie są to te same leki. Lek Bibloc zawiera bisoprolol, a lek Norvasc zawiera amlodypinę. Są to dwie różne substancje i choć obie mogą być stosowane np. w leczeniu nadciśnienia, to mają one inne mechanizmy działania i nie są "zamiennikami".
