Where to throw away household medical waste?

What about the syringes that were used to administer lidocaine (replacement at home of the tracheotomy tube, urinary catheter), administration of saline (also tracheo tube and catheter), air filling the tracheo balloon, administration of drinks and medicines via PEG? Where to dispose of compresses used for tracheo (around the hole at the tapeworm) and under the "plate" of PONG? Where to throw away used urinary catheters and those used to suction the upper respiratory tract, diapers, diagnostic gloves?
