Można zastosować krople Fenistil podczas leczenia preparatem Fevarin, jednak mogą one nasilić działania niepożądane, takie jak zawroty głowy, ospałość, dezorientacja czy problemy z koncentracją.
Aby uniknąć takiego ryzyka można zastosować lek przeciwalergiczny nowszej generacji, np. desloratadynę (np. Aleric Deslo Active, Hitaxa Fast):
