Dzień Dobry,
Zapewne lekkie krwawienie jest skutkiem silnego "dmuchania" nosa oraz przesuszonej śluzówki.
Nie można stosować Metminu na uszkodzoną śluzówkę. Może to prowadzić do działania ogólnoustrojowego gikokortykosteroidu. Preparat może również opóźniać gojenie ran.
Zalecałabym zagojenie śluzówki, następnie zastosowanie preparatu.
