Aby móc w pełni odpowiedzieć na pytanie potrzebna jest informacja czy heparyna stosowana jest w ramach profilaktyki czy z powodu leczenia zakrzepicy.
Aczkolwiek wynik poziomu D-dimerów zawsze interpretujemy
z oceną zakrzepicy klinicznie- na podstawie badania lekarskiego.
Sam nawet wysoki wynik nie jest rozpoznaniem.
Jeśli ma pani aktywność fizyczna i brak objawów zakrzepicy badanie D-dimerów nie będzie wartościowe.
Przy otrzymaniu niskiego wyniku, odstawiając heparynę jeśli była stosowana w ramach profilaktyki, jeśli pojawi się obrzęk kończyny to najważniejszym badaniem jest USG Doppler.
