Leki te nie powinny być stosowane jednocześnie - chyba, że lekarz zaleci inaczej.
Łączenie leków Pralex i Trittico zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia objawów zespołu serotoninowego oraz zaburzeń rytmu serca. Dołączenie leku Alprox może powodować senność, zawroty i bóle głowy oraz trudności z koncentracją.
