W przypadku jednorazowej dawki działanie rozpoczyna się średnio po ok. 0,5 godziny i trwa ok. 3-4 godziny. Ślad obecności metabolitów leku w organizmie może być wykrywalny jeszcze po 45 godzinach od przyjęcia dawki leku.
